All training sessions start from the Richmond Harrier Clubrooms on the corner of Highett and Gleadell Street in Richmond, unless otherwise specified.

Tuesday
Max’s Tuesday morning group easy run – 8am Clubrooms
A cruisy 10km around Richmond and surrounds, with post run coffee! Contact Max.
Neil’s Distance Training – 6pm Clurooms
Interval and tempo training with Richmond legend Neil Ryan, targeting distance events up to the marathon. Contact Joji.
Bill’s Middle-Long Distance Training – 5:30pm Clubrooms
Interval and fartlek training with Richmond legend Bill Peterson, targeting middle to long distance. Contact Bill.
Wednesday
Richmond Harriers Club Run – 6pm Clubrooms
The best way to introduce yourself with the club! If you’re an absolute beginner or even a seasoned athlete, you’ll have someone to run with. You can go as short or as long as you like, while exploring Richmond and surrounds. For more info contact us

Marianne’s Interval Training – 6pm cnr Alexandra Pde and Anderson St, The Tan
Interval training for beginner and intermediate runners around the Tan track, with Women’s Captain Marianne!

Saturday
RACE day!
We love to compete! Richmond is an Athletics Victoria club, we compete in the AV XCR season in winter, and AVSL track and field season in summer. Plus we have several interclub races throughout the year.
We also have a loyal band of parkrunners who run at the Studley Parkrun every week, followed by coffees!

Long Run
We have multiple groups meeting at some of the best running locations in Melbourne, ranging from the beautiful forest trails of Ferny Creek in the Dandenongs, to the wonderful Yarra trails on our doorstep. Contact Joji
